When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. You'll receive a tracking number once your parcel is on its way!



How long will delivery take?

All parcels are sent via Royal Mail 24 Tracked, which typically arrives in 1–2 working days after dispatch (UK orders).

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations. If you no longer want the item, you’re welcome to return it once it arrives.

Can I return my order?

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached.

If 14 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Do I have to pay for returns?

Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or product, simply return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

What if my item arrives faulty or incorrect?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue so we can put it right.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within the UK only. We hope to expand soon—stay tuned!
